| Problem copying "Beauty and the Beast" I'm using the newest version of DVDFab Platinum and am trying to convert from DVD to iPod. I've done this with 8 other DVD's and they all came out fine. However, at a certain part of "Beauty and the Beast," the dialogue gets off track with the mouth movements. It happens with the newly added scene, Human Again, and there is a way when watching the DVD on a normal TV to bypass this scene. I think that is what is causing the delay in the audio, but it carries on for the second half of the film. Does anybody know how I can correct this problem? I've tried it twice. Once with the "One pass" system and again with the "Two pass" system. The sound delay wasn't as bad when I did it with 2 pass. It changed from a 3 second difference to a 1 second difference, but it's still annoying none the less. |

| Re: Problem copying "Beauty and the Beast" New problem. The new version works wonderfully and doesn't have the audio sync problems. However, now when I go to rip "Beauty and the Beast," it starts by playing 1 second of the Walt Disney Pictures logo and then skips to chapter 2. It even does this on the preview. There are 3 versions of the film on the disc and it skips chapter 1 for each version. I tried playing the DVD and there is no problem with chapter 1 and the first couple times I ripped it when I was having sync problems, chapter 1 was still there. Is there any way I can adjust it to rip certain chapters so I can have the complete film? |

| Re: Problem copying "Beauty and the Beast" Hi goofystitch, Please send us all the .IFO files on Original disc, then we will check the problem. A recommended way is listed below: 1) Open an Explorer window, and navigate to VIDEO_TS folder of the DVD. 2) Copy all files ending with .IFO to hard disk. 3) ZIP the IFO files on hard disk to one file. Name it with a readable filename, like Stealth_UK.zip. 4) Send the zip file to fengtao(at)dvdidle.com, you need replace (at) with @. Best Regards, Fengtao

| Re: Problem copying "Beauty and the Beast" Fengtao, I compressed the file into a zip file, but when I tried to e-mail it to you from a hotmail and roadrunner account, it said the file was to big to send. What should I do? I'm having the same problem with "Fantasia 2000." |
