I'll start by setting the expectation that I'm a newbie...

I've searched the forums and find folks with a similar problem, however can't find a resolution from those threads.

Here's the issue: I make a backup copy of a movie DVD with DVDFab Platinum. On playback of the backup copy, the voices are silent but backround audio is fine. (Do I have a setting wrong?) Here's some details:

- This problem is occuring on the main movie only. If I do full copy, the voice on the "previews" works fine.
- This problem occurs regardless if I copy with FULL COPY, MAIN MOVIE, or CUSTOMIZE modes.
- This problem occurs when I play back on Windows Media Player AND my standard DVD player.
- This problem did NOT occur when I was in Free Trial mode. This started only after I purchased the software.
- I've upgraded DVDFab Platinum to v.4.0.5.5 and it still happens.
- It happens with EVERY movie DVD I make a backup copy of, regardless of brand.

Just to let you know there is no difference between the trial and the full version except you use the key to register the program so it will not stop working after the 30 days, if the 30 day trial was up and the program did stop working before you entered the key then try doing a clean uninstall "Please see limk below in my signature on this ...it is not the normal uninstall and you need to fo;;ow ALL steps and you will need to re-enter your key so have it handy

If you are having audio problems with WMP there are two things you can try. First, download and install the free VLC media player and see if the audio plays OK with it. If you want to continue to use WMP, download and install ffdshow (also free).
