I first tried out DVDFabPlatinum a few days ago and I was quite impressed about doing even shrinking to DVD+/- R without problems.Is there any difference in quality to the free version(DVDHdDecrypter)?
As I noticed astonished yesterday there is no way to get the movie the perfume to my harddrive in full, always an error like can`t read or write or so at almost the middle.Therefore it is possible to do so in movie only or when shrinking to DVD5.Is that about this german staff as it is a constantin release and will or can this be fixed?Thanks for responses.

Hi kostas. There is no difference in video quality between the two. Please post the error codes (if you get any) along with any numbers written after them. Do I understand correctly that you can make a copy OK in Main Movie?

yes i can make one of the main movie and one by using full movie to dvd 5 with some 62% which i burned but quality is not good enough but no way on full movie to DVD9 for using Dual-Layer to backup.As for the error codes I tried with DVDFabPlatinum and DVDHdDecrypter but I have given up when getting the error
so I have no specific error code.

1) You can use "Main Movie" and choose "DVD9" as output, then burn to DVD DL to make perfect copy alternatively.

2) Please send us all the .IFO files on Original disc, then we will check if there is problem.

A recommended way is listed below:
1) Open an Explorer window, and navigate to VIDEO_TS folder of the DVD.
2) Copy all files ending with .IFO to hard disk.
3) ZIP the IFO files on hard disk to one file. Name it with a readable filename, like Stealth_UK.zip.
4) Send the zip file to fengtao(at)dvdidle.com, you need replace (at) with @.

thanks for the alternative, your product is nearly perfect.As for the .ifo files I can´t help out because I have returned the DVD as I´m not satisfied with a product with such crap.
Anyway I´m quite sure it is some german thing and if something like this happens in future I will be prepared for the .ifos.Have a nice day at least here in greece its daytime (19:49).
