| New to DVDFab and need help Hello, after I do a generic conversion i have no picture nor audio when i open the file in windows media player. I am new to the software, first time buyer. Also how can i get higher frame resolution than 848x480? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

"...When you encode MPEG4 content on dual processor computers or on computers that support hyper-threading, an incorrect flag may be set in the header of the content file. Because of this incorrect flag, Windows Media Player and various devices cannot play back the content file...."
