Re: need help with vista

ok had to copy and paste but i finally got it on. anyway, with vista it will go ahead and read the source disk like its supposed to do. But when it comes time to burn the disk the first time it will burn the disk but will come up with an error code saying that the disk burn failed, and there after if I try to burn another disk it just says that the burn failed without burning the disk.
anybody know what the problem is?or how I can fix this?
thanks holdme

You have firmware ver. SB01 installed, try to install the latest ver. SB02.

Have you also tried with another brand of discs? I also sould suggest that you use a RW disc until you know that the burning works.
