DVDFab / DVD Region+CSS Free Discuss, The Messengers at Copy Movie forum; I've liked John Corbet's work in other movies, so I picked up a copy of The Messengers. I can do the movie only feature and also make a D9 copy on dual layer media. But when it comes to making a full disc copy to D5 using DVD

The Messengers

I've liked John Corbet's work in other movies, so I picked up a copy of The Messengers. I can do the movie only feature and also make a D9 copy on dual layer media. But when it comes to making a full disc copy to D5 using DVD FAB PLATINUM 3126 I have problems. It runs the program fine and says it will compress 56%. The previews and the special features back-up ok, but the movie looks like it is way overcompressed. Unwatchable pixilation. Has anyone else had this problem?

Re: The Messengers

Hi tommey,

Please send us all the .IFO files on Original disc, then we will check the problem.

A recommended way is listed below:
1) Open an Explorer window, and navigate to VIDEO_TS folder of the DVD.
2) Copy all files ending with .IFO to hard disk.
3) ZIP the IFO files on hard disk to one file. Name it with a readable filename, like Stealth_UK.zip.
4) Send the zip file to fengtao(at)dvdidle.com, you need replace (at) with @.

Thanks!

Best Regards,
Fengtao

Re: The Messengers

Hi Fengtao, just seeing your request.
I just sent the .IFO files for R1.

As alan said, the movie bkup'd just fine, I haven't tried the entire disc yet.

Thanks for staying on top of this.
We appreciate it...
