Merge DVDs to xvid/divx

Hi,

I just purchased DVDFab platinum and the merge function looks great. I would like to merge 2 DVDs into a single xvid file. I have the ISOs sitting on my hdd. Is it only possible to do this by merging first to a single ISO, or I can I create a single xvid file from 2 source ISOs?

thanks

Adam

Re: Merge DVDs to xvid/divx

I think that an easier way is to create two separate Xvid files with the same encoding features (same resolution, same bitrate, and same audio encoding parameters), and then merge the Xvids with Virtualdub.

Re: Merge DVDs to xvid/divx

Actually, it doesn't look like merging into a single ISO then converting to xvid will even work as desired. Even though it's a single merged image, it shows up as 2 seperate titles. DVDFab then wants to create separate xvid files from that.
