Key Problems & Purchasing Warning

Those who have read threads on this site for sometime know that from time to time we ask where the Fab product was purchased. There are sites sites selling fake keys. Always make sure you download and purchase from the Dvdidle or dvdfab site using Element 5 for Credit Cards or Regnow if using PayPal. It may look like a good deal but people who purchase from a site claiming half price will be redirected to fengtao's down load area and receive a key that will open it until it is discovered because the same key is by many people requesting the key. Probably will not have problems until you try to update. That is reason for the long keys.

Also one of the fake sites was spreading major malware, viruses, and Trojans by just going to site. So beware of where you shop because you could wind up with not only a bad key but some unwanted programs that don't have to be downloaded because your browser will collect them for you.

We don't think everyone is being dishonest when key does not work, but want people to know that they may have purchased a fake key and want to warn people to be careful. I have had several people PM me that this was their problem. Also beware of any site starting with DVD## that uses StormPay. The ## stands for 2 numbers in the 9 to 5 range.

Also, protect the emails you receive from Element 5 because you never know when you might need them. I have purchased several products through them and they are part of Digital Rivers and if they make a mistake they will fix it. I have had to use then a couple of times to get my money back because what was sent was not what I purchased. One was a few weeks ago when I went to update an antivirus program and received a down grade. The other was a site that provided a product that was suppose to allow free access, but wanted more money when I got in the site.
