Hi all

I can not import my iso file into dvd fab platinum, that i extracted from my DVD to my hard drive

1) Open ISO, using far box on right of source, with dvd write data.

2) Error message can not import ISO ?????????

now its telling me my media is incompatible

no media detected in drive e
please insert a compatible media to start write process

just done a firm ware update

why can it not detect the disc

There is a link in my sig. to cdgone it is free and finds drives that have been lost in the registry by upper and lower filters.

Thank you for your help, i am not quite sure how, but playing around, i tried a couple of thing's and now it seems to be working.

I think i done a disk check in nero with a dl disc with out fully understanding how disk check works, correct me if i am wrong but i think, when it tests the disc it burns to it, of course with out reliasing and still learning the basics, i was trying to burn to a already burnt disc, which was causing the the message to be displayed.
when i put a new disc in it burnt.

Or it was the case i was using image burn, and i did not un check a lock volume box.

I also unistalled my driver, so it could of been any of these that i done in the process of fault finding, i have a hunch it's the first one, but never mind fingers crossed, i think it is all working now.
