| I'm a newbie. Can someone please help me? I did a search and tried everything but nothing work for me. I'm using DVDFab Platium 3.0.9.8, Windows XP Media Center ( Comes with Dell XPS400 ), my burner is Asus DRW-2014L1T and my blank media is Memorex DVD+R DL 2.4x . I tried to burn all movies image ( ISO ) on my HDD to DVD but it keep going failed  , tried Clone DVD they said source too big, 1Click DVD failed, Nero failed, now i don't know what to do. Please help, thank you |

| Re: I'm a newbie. Can someone please help me? How big is the file size on the movie? What is the name of the movie? Is there a specific error message and error code you receive when the burn fails? If so, can you include all that information here? This will help for someone to better know how to assist you.

| Re: I'm a newbie. Can someone please help me? You are trying to backup to a dual layer disc. Memorex are bad media, that is why it probably all fails. I suggest you buy some decent DL media, like Verbatim. This will solve many problems |

| Re: I'm a newbie. Can someone please help me? thanks for helping me everybody, i just upgrade to newest DVDFAB and it works great, but i think Memorex is a real bad media, the burned disc seem like hard to read, i will buy some verbatim media and see how's it work. thanks again |
