Hello!

I'm new, and have been using DVD Fab for about 6 weeks now. I haven't had any problems until we bought Rush Hour 3 and tried to make a back-up for it.

I see on the site that they have made a new update to address this problem with Rush Hour 3, and I see on the free downloads there are two there, but I don't know if that is what I need?

I have had the "new version available" pop-up come up a couple of times, but I just "x'd" out of it as I didn't have time at the time to update it and it was working fine so I figured I'd do it later. Now that I need an update I can't find anywhere in the program to search for an update. It just has that it will do it automatically. Do I need to wait until that pop-up comes up again or is there a way to get the update now so that I can make a copy of the DVD?

I like to have the kids and family watch the back-ups so that they don't scratch the heck out of my originals.

which version are you using, gold/platinum or hd decrypter?

you can find the latest release thread at the top of the dvdfab forum page. this will have links for gold, platinum and hd decrypter.

edit//it is good to download the install file and save a couple. just in case there is a problem you will have the earlier release to go back to.

Under settings in the general tab there is a box to check for new version automatically when you sign on to the internet
