I didn't save my copy of 3.0.3.5. when I upgraded to 3.0.4.0. I started having problem with reading/writing error message with new version that didn't occur before. Would like to reload older version until someone figures out how to solve the glitch. Anyone have copy to access? Thanks.

I don't think so. I tried the link to 3.0.3.9 and 3.0.3.5 but it no longer works. If you want, I can email you 3.0.3.5...

3.0.4.0 had lots of problems for everyone. You should try the new beta as many of the issues were fixed.

What is the new version of Bata that comes after 3.0.4.0?.

As suggested, I downloaded the 3.0.4.5beta and still to have problems. The history so far is that since updating to 3.04.0, I have gotten and Reading/Wrting Error Control message after completing copying the disc. I then indicate that I want to Retry or sometimes I chose Ignore but the screen goes away and after inserting my new DVD it starts to burn. However, After copying 2-3 DVD's, the whole process slows and my Secondary IDE channel starts to revert to PIO rather than DMA.
Then I uninstall the IDE channel and get it back to UDMA. BUT again after about 3 DVD copies, the problem starts again. Thats why I want to reload the earlier DVDFAB version, before 3.0.4.0 when all worked fine.
Any suggestions.

@ milomannn I tryed to e-mail you the v3.0.3.9 platinum file but it was returnd. So i put it in a zip file and gave it another try and same thing. It was returnd by the Remote host said: Illegal Attachment. it's like it's filtering out the program file. If you want i can put it on a cd and mail it to you if you live in the USA. just pm me

Sorry but I didn't understand the question.

May need to change the .exe to .eee or .txt or or any extension that ISP will accept then the person can change it back to .exe after they receive it. Just let the person who receives the attachment know either in message body of the email, or prior to sending another email or PM. Some ISPs reject executable attachments, so this work around is needed. The person on the other end can contact their ISP to find out which extensions are allowed, kind of like here at CDFreaks where extension has to fall into certain categories with the exception that most members cannot change them here back. Most ISPs will allow image or text files as attachments.

Just an FYI,

I recently sent out emails of platinum which were rejected even with a change from ".exe" file extension.

Here's my most recent experience:

Yahoo will accept ".exe" attachments.
Gmail will not accept ".exe", but has no problem if changed, eg., ".exx"
Cwnet.com fails regardless

I have a place where I can host the files.

If somone would please get in touch with me, I can work with you to get the files and then make 'em available for download, thus avoiding email hassles.

Compressing into a RAR file would work too I think. I believe most compression proggies will extract from RAR.
