Sorry I have not posted back on this thread. DVDFabGold does not have customize, so I had to d/l a trial of DVDPlatinum to backup up the main movie. But with Gold, I still could not backup the main movie. And yes I did know that the longest feature was not the movie. Thanks again for all your help. I'm not a user and loser....does that sound right?

No problem, and be sure to check that backup if you used Main Movie mode and accepted the defaul title choice--it was probably wrong too. If you have already played the backup, was it OK?

Could not backup just the movie with DVDFabGold. When i tried to burn to DVD, it would do the same thing. That's why I had to d/l the trial. The customize button did the trick. Wonder if Fengtao can give me a break on an upgrade? Ha ha.

I'm not sure, but I think you can upgrade to Platinum for just 19.95. Good deal.

Ron is right, the upgrade is a good deal, and I think Fengtao still has the discounted price on the website. If you decide to upgrade(and I think you would like Platinum) use this link here in the forum to do the purchase. It gives the CD Freaks site a small comission that helps support the DVDFab forum. Click on the link in the post that will come up, then keep clicking "buy now" under Platinum until the order page with the upgrade ($19.95 price still good) comes up. Glad you got your backup made. Customize is my most used mode because it gives complete control of everything (but it is a lot of buttons) .
