fengtao, need your help on this one. I have requested the FREE upgrade key for Express owners for the last TWO days with no respond or answers. Seems the rest of the people got theirs ok. I have requested Tech Support help on this, NO answer. Could you see what the hold up is please.

Email fengtao with your original order number and make sure you send the email address that you used when ordering. Also check your spam box as sometimes the filters will identify email as spam that is not spam.

so if you purchased DVD Fab Express you will get a key to DVD FAB Platinum 3 bata and all you have to do is send a e-mail to Febgtao with all the info of purchase and you get a UPDATE ....can some one answer me on this

If you have purchased Fab Express, you get a free upgrade to Fab Gold. You will also be eligible for a discount if you want to upgrade to Platinum if you have Express or Gold for $24.95.

Express and Gold users get a up grade to DVDFab Gold 3 which is kind of like Platinum 2.9.x.x. Platinum 3 has a complete make over with more options and Platinum 2.9.x.x. users get free upgrade but need new key, for most the auto upgrade link works without problems. There is a special price for Gold or Express stand alone users to upgrade to Platinum. Read the following link and there is a link in it to the page to get new keys.

There are no keys for betas until the final comes out. Betas are a way to test the product on different systems and get feedback to work the bugs out before releasing.

Hi Kacal
This may help answer it for you. If you purchased Express like i did you can pay the upgrade fee of $24.95 USD. to get platinum now that Express has been replaced by Gold. If you want Gold that is now replacing Express. You can just download gold and get a new Reg KEY for it free like i did by using the e-mail address that you used to Reg. your DvDFab Express.

bigmacnc, thanks for the email address for fengtao. I sent the purchase number that I bought it with. Maybe I will get a reply one of these days. I thinking very hard on getting the upgrade to platinum but I want to get the Gold upgrade fixed first so I won't have a problem to upgrade.

You should get answer soon, just remember fengtao is in China and there are time differences. A PM might be quicker.

fengtao, I tried the link you posted here, I sent an email to fengtao@dvdidle.com with my purchased info number. I'm about to give up and go with ripit4me, as it seems no one is trying to solve my problem very hard. You may have tried the site and it worked for you, but may not work for everyone. May just have to chalk up the money spent as a lesson.

The only thing that could hold this process up is that if you are not using the original e-mail address that you ordered the program with in the beginning. Other than that you should have a response in minutes.

alan1476, it's the same email address I have had for the past 7 or 8 years. It's the address I got from element 5 when I purchased the program last year which I sent to fengtao with my order number on it. So, I don't see why there would be a problem on their side of the pond.
