I'm new to DVD Fab HD and just downloaded v. 4.0.5.1 Beta. I'm trying to copy Ratatouille. I put the disc in and then opened DVD Fab HD. It says it's "opening DVD source" and then I get a window that says "Failed to get DVD Information" at the top with several blanks to fill in. I fill in the info and click send and it opens an Outlook window to send the ISO's. Problem is I don't use Outlook to send e-mail so it's not set up. I copy everything into a Yahoo message and send it but this doesn't change anything. By the way it does open other movies I have (Evan Almighty). I then try to open it manually by clicking the right button next to the source window. I then open D: RATATOUILLE and then click the VIDEO TS folder but there's nothing in there to open so I'm stuck. Is the problem the movie itself or is there something else I can try?

dvdfab hd is just a decrypter for hd formatted movies---if you don't have all the tools to play a hd movie why bother---if you have dvdfab platium 4 and have problems ---go to control panel and delete all files with dvdfab in them--- do not restart pc yet---go to start---click search---click on all files and folders---then type "dvdfab" in all or part of the file name--once it finish showing all dvdfab file delete everything that has dvdfab in it----once done--restart pc---redownload dvdfab platinum only!!!! No dvdfab hd decrypter-- You don't need it!!!-- People, stop trying to drive a car down the street without getting in it first!!! dvdfab is so simple that we think it is hard---open program-- put in hard copy movie---take out hard copy movie after it finishes downloading--put in blank dvd disk click start and call me in the morning...luv to pc'ers
