Just got this error and I checked thru the error listing, did not see this one there. I am doing a series set with 6 discs, using Verbatim DVD+R DL at 6X. I am using Full Disc mode and have done 4 of them with no problem, this error occurred on the 5th. Burn log:

I have not done anything yet except close down the program. I know my drive could be fragmented, would that be making this happen? I appreciate any assistance.

seems you are using good media so lower the burn speed to 2.4. also try using dvd5 as the file is only 4.8 gb so the compression will be minimal. set your dvd5 size to 4472 or lower and use burn speeds of 12x or 8x.

I had checked all the discs for their size before beginning and did notice one would probably fit on a DvD5. I didn't think of that at the time, but the first thing I did was reboot, use a different disc, force 4X instead of "recommended" and got a good burn. Followed up with the last disc and it also burned with no problems. Thanks for the tip, I'll keep it in mind for the future.
