For those who are running Vista and has an issue or problem with the Preview window in DVDFab's main movie, split mode and customize and merge...here is some news for you

I have just bought a new computer see my signature below anyway a friend of mine has the same rig.

Anyway after I got the system up and running and installed DVDFab Platinum I noticed that the Preview window in the main movie, splt, customize and merge was working great so I called my friend and told him which he said he was not able to get it to work so we compared our systems and found that all was the same except for two differences
1.) The size of Ram
2.) The Graphics card

When he got his system it came with
RAM= 1GB DDR2-667MHz dual channel SDRAM (2x512)
Graphics card= 128MB NVIDIA GeForce 7350LE
Which are both standard items well as you see in my sig I have

RAM= 2GB DDR2-667MHz dual channel SDRAM (2x1024)
Graphics card= 512MB NVIDIA GeForce 8500GT, TV-out, DVI-I, HDMI

Well anyway he just went out and got the two items that I have and installed them in his system this morning and BAM his Preview window is working of course don't think the RAM has anything to do with the issue I think the Graphics card was the problem because it has better support for 3D Graphics
