DVDFab wont recognise Blu-Ray disc

Hi, I have a LG BluRay drive which I installed a couple of months ago. I have now bought my first BluRay disc and wanted to try and convert it something I can play on the PC I am using as a media center.

I am using the latest version of DVDFab HD (just downloaded Trial), but it ignores the BluRay disc. It picks up a normal DVD in the same drive Ok, but not the BluRay disc. In Windows explorer I can see the files on the BD disc.

Any ideas what I should do?

Thankyou in advance!!

The only software that will come close to ripping BD is Anydvd. DVDfab will have to wait til their author finishes the software to be able to do BD media.

Re: DVDFab wont recognise Blu-Ray disc

It's my (likely incorrect) understanding that it supports some older HD-DVDs and Blu-Ray discs but doesn't support modern encryption or copy protection like BD+.
