Hello mtmt2us
Welcome to the DVDFab forum
Very sorry no one has replied to your issue
Please make sure your firmware for your burner is up-to-date, also can you post the burn log form "My Documents->DVDFab->Temp->Log" make sure it is the log for the failed burn log that you got the error
Oh yes what brand of blank media are you using

Re: DVDFab question

Also, how old is the notebook, or rather the burner? Has it given you any issues in the past? ~ Mike

Re: DVDFab question

From what you said, it sounds like the files are intact on your hdd.
Is this correct? Are you able to view the movie from your hdd with a player like VLC, Powerdvd, etc., etc.
Did the bank disc start to write at all? Is it still usable?

Like SJ said, a burn log would help a lot.
The default location for the log is as follows:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
