DVDFAB platinum burning takes forever.HELP

Bought dvdfab platinum 3.0.5.0 a while back. At first it would burn movies pretty fast maybe an hour total time. Lately it takes at least 2 hours read and another hour or 2 write time. I have changed no settings on my comp or in the software any suggestions?

Welcome to CDF

Have you made sure DMA is enabled? Check the link in my sig.

There's also an option within DVDFab Platinum itself - click on Common Settings, and make sure Reset DMA Automatically is checked, or click Reset DMA underneath that.

A couple of options for you, assuming DMA (or lack thereof) is the culprit.

The text underneath my reply, specifically the link in blue type that says "How to check/enable DMA"

Re: DVDFAB platinum burning takes forever.HELP

I've had the same problem are there any other areas that could be the cause? The DMA settings all appear to be correct.
