| DVDFab Platinum 4 Issues With Some DVDs I would be greatful if someone could help me. Got of to a fliying start, 2 clicks and i backed up a brand new DVD, no probs at all. I recently treated myself 2 Sopranos Series 1 & 2. Soon as i put the DVD in, i got message, ' DVDFab Platinum 4 has been forced 2 closed down.' Please fill in form with details. So basically the protection wouldn't let me access the DVD fully. So i had no way of backing it up Please can somebody suggest A program that will backup this ackward DVD? |

First off, disable PathPlayer and give it another shot. If by chance, PP is already disabled, then try enabling it. I don't have these discs, but I suspect there is nothing special about any copy protection.

Img has no decrypting capabilities. It can read a non-copy protected disc. This is useful, for eg., if you wanted to convert a VIDEO_TS folder to an .ISO file, but it's real strength is as a burn engine. You said, "Everytime i 'read dual image' It gets 'errors' at 10%". Aren't you decrypting with Platinum? Do you mean that you can't burn DL discs with Img? Please try to burn with VSO and please post a burn log. The default location is: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
