| DVDFab Platinum 3.2.0.8 Beta Downloaded new beta version, every thing works except dvd to mobile, generic and all other modes as well, Now someone is going to say it's my machine, no it's not. Have done a complete uninstall of old version by forum instructions, and a reboot, still does not work, when I roll back to version 3.1.8.0 everything works as its suppose to. When I use the 3.1.8.0 geneic mode everything works great! I have tried everything to get these new betas to work in the generic mode, nothing helps. Help please. Thanks, SWB048 |

| Re: DVDFab Platinum 3.2.0.8 Beta There is no error report, after you press the start button to make a generic copy, the crash report screen comes up, I fill it out and send it to you, You have about 6 crash reports waiting. In generic mode no mater what disc is in the drive, generic mode crashes. As the crash report screen has no errors involved I can't tell you what the error is. |
