| DVDFab PL. 4 code doesn't work I purchased DVDFab Platinum 4 a while ago and entered the reg. code into DVDFAB 5 to upgrade - shouldn't this remove the 28day free trial? Do I have to purchase DVDFab Platinum 5 as well?? |

| Re: DVDFab PL. 4 code doesn't work No you have to get a new key for ver 5 http://www.dvdfab.com/retrieveregkey.htm make sure you use the same email address you used for ver 4 and also make sure in the drop down box you have dvdfab5 xxx showing

| Re: DVDFab PL. 4 code doesn't work You should get an email right away with the key numbers and also an attachment, the attachment save and then just go and double click on it or else you can copy the numbers but don't copy the * at the beginning and end of the numbers and then just paste them
