DVDFAB phoning home? - Club CDFreaks

Ever since 2.9.6.0 (I think) DVDFAB Gold tries to connect to the internet after burning a disk. My firewall (Zonealarm) intercepts these, once I allow it, the disk then ejects. This didn't occur in previous versions. Is this a bug or an unwanted feature?

Not sure if it's a bug or by design. While I've had numerous attempts to connect...it's not a consistent behavior. I only recall having it hang, once. Take a look at the thread started by bigmacnc:
