DVDFab & Nero 6.6.1.4 - Club CDFreaks

I am having a problem.
I have both DVDFab Platinum 3.0.1.3 & Nero 6.6.1.4 installed (registered versions of each) and today noticed that Nero StartSmart will not open.
DVDFab Platinum 3 & platinum beta 3.0.1.5 are what I have installed recently.
I also notice I am unable to use the Nero burning rom when selected as the burning engine within DVDFab 3.
Is there a conflict between these two applications?
Have others experienced this?

I always seem to have the best luck if I first rip the disk to the hard drive sans protections, then process the files and export to a VIDEO_TS folder and only THEN burn that VIDEO_TS folder using a Nero DVD Video project.

Hi dishinit,

DVDFab will not affect Nero installation, although it can use Nero as burning engine.

Could you please tell us more detail error message when burning with Nero?

Well DVDFab produced an error file but I do not have Outlook configured on this computer.
I could email you the error file if you would like.

Just an update, Nero StartSmart miraculously started to work again???
I'll try burning again in DVDFab using Nero as the Burn engine.

Wacky stuff. I had trouble with AnyDVD loaded (most recent versions) but when I disabled/uninstalled AnyDVD, things started working again no sweat.
