I used the trial version with no problems whatsoever. I then purchased my registration key and since then none of my DVD's that i burn will work on my DVD player. (Samsung HD860) I do not know if the registration process messes with any settings or anything. All i know is that the movies i burned prior to registering still work fine, Any new movies burned since then do not work. Any ideas? i have updated to the newest version also and still no luck.

One other thing, The dvd's will work on my old philips player in my bedroom and will play on both of my computers. just they will not work on my samsung upconverting dvd player or my portable panasonic. It must be some sort of setting that changed when i registered or updated. All prior burns work perfectly fine on all my dvd players. Any ideas? anyone?

Try burning at the slowest speed. Also, protection changes frequently too. Some players are more picky than others. I have 3 different players ans most of the time the will play on all 3, but occasionally will only play on 1 usually my Liteon LVW 5005 which plays about anything that I put in it. Also so some players are not compatible with all media. Please post more info such as media, name of dvd, etc so we might be able to help more.

I use Maxell +r DVD's. The movies in question are derailed,Bloodrayne,Underworld Evolution,The date movie,Oliver and Company. All these will not work on my Samsung player or my Panasonic portable. They will play on my dvdrom drives on both my computers and my old philips dvd player. Problem is up until i registered my product i have burned and played over 100 dvd's and they all work fine on all my players. They still work. Juts nothing since i registered dvdfab express. I even took my dvd p[layer back and exchanged it or another samsung at BB and still does the same thing on all my dvd's burned since registering.

If you use +R try setting booktype to DVD-ROM.

I agree with HUN because players expect to see DVD-ROM discs since that is the format original DVDs are when they are pressed. Changing booktype/bitrate does not actually change the disc, but makes the player think it is DVD-ROM.
