every time i try to burn i either error meesage #6 or error message # 16, it will not burn for more than 15 seconds before i get these error messages please help me i've tried at 20 different dvds and only the godfather part 2 disc 1 actually worked, thier customer service told to try play them on my pc like that would work. thank you...

Playing on PC is a way of checking the burn, you can also download the VSO inspector from the VSO site. Is your burner FW up to date, the media compatible with burner and player. We need more information to help you. I am getting great burns with Express.

I also am having a problem with DVD Fab Express. I was running version 2.9.6.5 when last week it failed to work. The computer that it runs on had had no updates or modifications to it and it would fail to read the DVD. I was instructed to upgrade to version 2.9.7.2, which I have done. This problem continues. I was instructed to send the log to Ken at VSO, this I did,he has instructed me that he is unable to help me and to contact customer support. The error I am currently getting when I first start the read is error 96.
I am getting very frustrated with this as prior to no apparent chang to my computer, this program is not working.

From what you've explained, sounds like there's a compatibility issue between DVDFab Express and something you've got installed on your pc.

There has been nothing installed on my computer since I first installed DVDFab, that computer is not connected to the internet and does not recieve automatic updates. The program did run without a problem for almost a month. If there is a conflict, then how do I go about trying to resolve this problem. To date customer support has not been helpful.
