Re: DVDFab Decrypter 2.9.8.3 better then 3.0.X.X?

Hi,

This might not be your problem, but in "testing" this week, I had 2 DVD-Video Discs that failed on Reading with v3.x and succeeded with v2.x, similar to what you're describing.

Because I have to know, I did Read Tests on both DVD9 Movies with CDSpeed2000. Sure enough, the locations where v3.x failed were difficult to read Sections where CDSpeed2000 was bouncing all around from like 9x to 2x to 4x to 8x to 5x to 1.4x, and so forth. There were no bad Blocks on either Disc...Just a few wacked-out Tracks.

Is it possible that you could "test" the Read Media much like I did? Maybe v3.x is more "sensitive' to that condition?

I've seen it too. 3.x is just "different" and is not working as reliably, but I'm a n00b to DVD Fab Decrypter compartively, so I could be wiggin'

Hi bitonio6,

Thank you very much for the IFO files.

The problem will be fixed in next release.

Best Regards,
Fengtao

Same impression.
I test with a DVD I've just bought "Frere des ours 2" :
- OK with DVD decrypter 3.5.4
- OK with 2.9.8.3
- KO with 3.0.X.X (PB with NAV_Pack)
:-(
