DVDFab Bad burn on Windows Vista 64-Bit

Hello, I have this problem since the first burn under Vista 64 bit.

The DVD burning is always right but the copy have "blocks and choppy sound" I have tried to renstall many times and also to reinstall Vista 64...

If I use Nero 7 engine for burn all is perfect

the burner : 2 x Pioneer 112L, 1 x Asus 1814BLT ( SATA )
mainboard: Asus P5K-E WiFI
the SATA controller: Intel ICH9 and JMicron JMB36x
the ATA controller: JMicron JMB36x ( the Pioneer burners are ATA )

Many thanks

Re: DVDFab Bad burn on Windows Vista 64-Bit

dvdfab uses VSO burning engine by default, it can be changed to nero in settings.

i assume this is what you've done. the vso engine can be removed by deleting a few items. follow a guide for a uninstall/reinstall by my friend stormjumper.

also can you burn with the vso engine and post a burn log.

Re: DVDFab Bad burn on Windows Vista 64-Bit

Hello and sorry for the delay.
I think that the problem is coming from the DVDFab conversion engine on my system. Because I have tried to copy the same original movies on some SAME blank Verbatim InkJet Printable support using some diferent software - like DVDRebuilder Pro - and the results are perfect. I mean no random and frequent "image blocks" and/or choppy sound

Some hint ?
Many thanks
Alessandro
