I have DVDFab HD Decrypter (latest version) and am running Windows Vista. When I open DVDFab, the option to 'Copy DVD Video (Video-TS Folder)' has a tick in the box. The option to 'Copy DVD Audio (Audio-TS Folder) is greyed out and I can't put a tick in the box, no matter what I do! Result is that Video copies perfectly but there is no video. Other DVD Ripping/Decrypting/Clone programmes work fine, just not DVDFab. Does anyone know why this could be?

Do you mean there is no audio? The copy audio feature I think is only for the premium (pay) versions of DVDFab, DVDFab HD Decrypter can only rip the movie. Make sure you aren't removing any audio.

that box is always greyed out, unless you have a specialised Dvd-audio disc. your no-sound problem is to do with missing codecs, others should be able to advise wheich ones you need but you need to tell us wheich conversion option you are trying to use.

Does the original DVD have DTS audio? Many free players (e.g. WinDVD) will not play these tracks without a plugin. As the others have suggested, this is most likely a player issue. You do not need the AUDIO_TS folder, in most cases it is empty anyway.

Sorry, Locoeng, I meant that there was video but no audio. I have tried to rip using the options 'Full Disk' and I've also tried 'Main Movie'. Same problem on both, it isn't giving me the option of Audio. And this happens on every DVD I try to rip with DVDFab no matter the age or type. Every single DVD I put on my PC plays absolutely fine - no problem at all, no matter which player I use. And the DVDs rip OK and play OK (including Audio) if I use AnyDVD, DVD Decryper and DVD Shrink. Much appreciate all your help on this problem!

try the trial version of DVDfab platinum & see if the same thing happens
