When I make a copy of a copy I don't use Dvdfab. Since the first copy no longer has any copyprotection on it, I just copy its contents to the hard drive and then use nero to burn the secone copy.

Yes I used Nero to make another copy and it worked fine. I think any dvd copy software would work because disc has no protection. Just wonder why Fab will not read

I tried to copy the copied dvd with roxie but it still tells me cannot read.. Yes, I tried other movies that didn't copy either but still a no go.. I'm going to try to download it to my hardrive and copy it like that.. I'm getting frustrated....All this worked before and then I updated to 1420 and now all of this.. (?) How do I get the version I had before the 1420, that worked great for me no probs. at all.. Thank you to all,,, Ray

can you add feature to simulate rpc2 drive with matching drive region in feature release? (feature request) as it is not possible with out rpc1 patching drive or changing drive region or using a region free utility tool to simulate rcp2 drive with matching drive region to burn import. can use the feature for full disc and cutomise and main movie and clone (use feature of simulating rcp2 drive with matching drive region in feature release in those parts of DVDfab (part of feature request).

is dvdfab compatible with convert x to dvd 3?

Hello. I'm relatively new to this site. I've had DVD Fab Platinum for about 9 months now. I've never updated it. If I install the update from the link on this forum is it a trully free update or some sort of trial version. I just want to update my program to all of its capabilities. Also, is the decryptor update something separate? Thank you.

Update from the links in this thread. It is the full decrypting version of each. All version updates are free for registered users. You will not need to re-register, the installer takes care of that.

movie?? For me it is stuck on the first screen where it says scanning, it does recognize the title, but it is as far it goes after 10 minutes!! Never had this problem before. i am using the freeware latest version.

I'm finding DVDFab HD Decrypter (free version) 4.1.2.0 very slow. It took over 3 hours to copy one disc. I reverted back to 4.0.1.2 and the same disc only took 25 mins which is what I'm used to.
I'm not sure if it's something I've done or not done but I thought I should alert the makers to this.
It's a fantastic product etc.

For me, 4.1.2.0 takes no longer than any other version.

I have problem with running DVDFab 4.1.2.0 Platinium. After installation , on first run application crashed on Vista X64 SP1 DVDHDDecrypter on the same PC installing and running OK.

halleujiah !!!!!....... my dvd fab is finally working. After 20 dvd's and 2 weeks work of trying different things....I finally took my computer in to the computer shop and the technician changed my cable ribbon hook -up because it wasn't getting enough power source.

Prior to that .....the other computer store put in the wrong cable to the mother board .... so task 2 error 16 is not necessarily a software problem
So for those that are having problems with error 16 ....check your power source for your drives. Good Luck
