| Re: DVDFab 4.1.2.0 is out help!!!! new to this posting and club!! Keep getting an error 116 when trying to burn a movie. Have cleaned up my system and done all the upgrades to DVD fab and still get an error. Can anybody help me . I used to have Ide ...now have scsi......and then when the problems started. Lori |

Per Web site:  DVDFab HD Decrypter 4.1.2.0 (Mar 22, 2008)DVDFab HD Decrypter is a simple version of DVDFab Platinum. It copies entire DVD movie to hard disk, and removes all the protections (CSS, RC, RCE, APS, UOPs and Sony ARccOS) while copying. It also comes with full HD-DVD and Blu-Ray support (Removes AACS). DVDFab Decrypter is upgraded to DVDFab HD Decrypter, please download it instead. » Discuss DVDFab 4.1.2.0 I have read on this site that is does not have BD and HDDVD support. So i guess i don't know if it does or does not?? |

As you may have seen, we had a detailed discussion regarding Split in a separate thread - Split backups still won't play on most standalone players. I always leave the menus in when using Customize, so I haven' t seen the problems you are having, but.......I did have the same thing happen to me once (skipping to final chapter) when I removed previews & other titles that I didn't want. When I left them in it worked fine.

On the advice of a friend, I downloaded a free trial of dvdfab and plan to purchase it. I use primarily to convert DVDs to avi files, In the configure box you have a choice of avi autocopy or avi mp3. I've tried both.The avi autocopy makes the file considerably larger. So what do you get for the increased size? Thank you |

| Re: DVDFab 4.1.2.0 is out Can anyone please tell me for certain if the free download of DVDFab HD version 4.1.2.0 works with Windows Vista Premium and remove all the copy protection like it claims or would I need to buy the full version to remove all the copy protection? Also, do all these software programs work ok together like DVDFab HD; Nero DVD burner 7,8 software; ImageBurn; DVD Shrink; Roxio DVD Burner software? I am planning to buy a new computer that I know has Windows Vista Premium but some come with Nero and others come with Roxio DVD software not sure what versions. Thanks for your help. Tom |

I have no problem reading / converting / anything. but when it comes to burning I could not get dvdfab ultimate not to fail burning at around 15% > 30% of progress. I did a clean reinstall. it just constantly fails. it does work 100% when using nero engine. |

| Re: DVDFab 4.1.2.0 is out After backingup lionsfor lambs dvd and running thru fix vts the total video_ts folder size came down to 1.6 gb from 4+gb. I used the movie only feature of dvdfab hd decrypter 4.1.2. should i backup the whole disc?? |

I can copy a new dvd movie to a blank dvd with no problems sound and video are all great.. The problem i am having is when I want to copy the copied movie to another blank dvd.. It has problems reading the copied movie for some reason.. This only has happened to a handfull of movies that just came out recently. Other movies I have no probs. Anyone have any advice.. Thank you.. Ray  |

| Re: DVDFab 4.1.2.0 is out Hi Ray, I am having the same problem as you!. Fab can't read the backup version, but it plays fine on 3 dvd players and the pc. I used nero to copy and it worked fine. You could try other copying software and see if it works. |
