DVD to Generic

Hi: I still use the DVDFab platinum 3.0.9...Not a big fan of upgrading. If it works ,I 'll keep using it. My concern is in the converting a dvd to generic to play on my DELL Axim x30 pda. I use the generic setting avi, mp3. The picture plays fine on my device, but I noticed that the video appears to be elongated. Most of my movies are widescreen format, but the 4:3 aspect ratio movies also look elongated. What can I do to correct this?

This is most often a player setting. Sounds like it is stretching the picture to fill the screen and have no black bars. You can try selecting a larger screen size or different aspect ratio on the Configure page.
