Can someone help? I have backed up tons of my movies with dvd fab with no problem. However, I am trying to copy a dvd of a school concert to give my friend for her brithday tomorrow and it just won't let me. It was converted from camcorder to dvd by another friend and plays fine on both my computer and home dvd player. When I press "Start" it analyzes, starts copy process and says copy process completed in 10 secs. It's only copying the menu of the dvd. I tried downloading Platinum as well but the same thing happens there.

I have tried other dvds and they all copy as usual - it is just this disc.

Try using Customize mode and check the NO Menus button, and be sure to select the correct (may be the only) Title from the list. Use the Preview window to see if DVDFab is reading the correct file and if it plays in Preview. Post back with results, good or bad. Lots of users have had problems with discs made on standalone recorders.
