has anyone got this to work everytime i load a disk into it to put to hardrive it comes up with a box saying theres a problem please send your email and what you were doing at the time thanks

2.9.6.2 Beta (11/24/2005)
- Change: Improved "Sony ARccOS protection" detection and removal engine.
- New: Added support for a new ARccOS protection as found on "The Longest Yard" (R2, Greece).
