Conflicting Info Report

Hello, I am getting two different Info Reports from DVDFab from the same movie. One report from the VOB File folder, the second report after making an image with ImgBurn from the same VOB File folder and mounting it with Dameon Tools. What is wrong?



First Report from the VOB files when selecting to Write Data





Info for folder [E:\DVD_ROOT\CHARMED\VIDEO_TS\] (DVDFab Platinum 4.0.1.6 Beta)

Disc region: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Video standard: NTSC

CSS (Content Scramble System) protection is not found.
RC (Region Code) protection is not found.
RCE (Region Code Enhancement) protection is not found.
APS (Analog Protection System) protection is not found.
UOPs (User Operation Prohobitions) protection is not found.
Structure protection (ARccOS, RipGuard, etc.) is removed!
Fake vts protection is not found!
3 potential bad sector protections are removed!
Invalid PGCs protection is not found.
Invalid CELLs protection is removed!
Invalid VOBUs protection is not found.

PathPlayer is disabled.




Second Info Report from mounted image using the Full Disc Option

Image made with ImgBurn (from same VOBs). Mounted with Dameon

Drive region: Not set

Disc type: Video DVD
Disc region: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Volume name: CHARMED
Video standard: NTSC

The program authors are in this forum often but not every day. For direct support, you should email the information to fengtao(at)dvdidle.com. The effects of two other applications may be difficult or impossible to explain. If you ripped the VOBs with DVDFab there should not be any protections left to find, so I'm not sure why they show up in the first Info screen.
