If I purchased the program online why is it telling me that I need the disk to install the cauffin software instead of getting it through the down load. Is there a way around this and is this the reason my dvdfab is not working ?

I talked about how you have 3 threads for this issue that you are having so two of your threads will be getting closed when a moderator reads that thread hopfully this thread will stay open since it has to do with DVDFab Gold, BTW the PM you sent me and the help that I am trying to give you that is ok by me which I have done for many newbie members but the way you are going about getting help you need to work on it

update....the conflict between us as been resolved, and his problem has also been fixed as of today
