Blu-Ray Problems

Ever since I installed the new DVDfab Blu ray will not work. If I put in a blu-ray disc it looks to scan it them immediatle stops and shoes no disc. HD-dvd works, dvd works. But no blu-ray?? I have done clean un-install, re-installed etc. still not luck. I even did a clean install on the computer and still it would not read blue-ray, it always did not problem in the past versions. but since 3.1.9.0 no go? I end tried going back to the older version, still nothing? I installed anydvd and it works fine with blu-ray, and all movies play, so it is not the drive. Any ideas??? anyone else have this problem? Thanks for any help. I am trying to get my blu-ray collection onto my media center. thanks

I'm having the exact same issue. It used to work. Then I took it out and and connected it to another computer for some testing, then I put it back in. I probably updated DVDFab HD Decrypter as well. Now it doesn't let me decrypt the movies. It scans for a second but then end, basically it couldn't find a disc. AnyDVD HD works, but I'd like to use the free DVDFab because it's free and I can put it on all my computers. Any ideas? Would this have anything to do with the region coding? When I connected it to the second computer, my player software made me select a region, I selected A since I'm in that region. Did that mess up DVDFab HD Decrypter? Doesn't seem like it should to me. Thanks in advance!
