| Black Dawn Region 2 (Sony) won't backup Hi, I tried to backup this Steven Segal DVD with the following tools: 1) DVDFAB Platinum 2.9.7.5 2) DVD Decrypter + AnyDVD latest - The decryption finished but when I tried DVDShrink on it, it complained on inconsistencies in FOB files (if I remember correctly). 3) DVDFAV Plat. + AnyDVD latest They all failed. Is there anything (log, IFO files) that I can send to Fengtao or to this forum in order to solve this problem? I just bought the software today and it's a bit dissappointing to be hit with this problem right on the first DVD with the paid registration. regards, /Shmulik. |

| Re: Black Dawn Region 2 (Sony) won't backup Hi, At first, please tell us the detail error message of DVDFab Platinum, without running AnyDVD, since it's not needed by DVDFab. Also, please send us all the .IFO files on Original disc, then we will check the problem. A recommended way is listed below: 1) Open an Explorer window, and navigate to VIDEO_TS folder of the DVD. 2) Copy all files ending with .IFO to hard disk. 3) ZIP the IFO files on hard disk to one file. Name it with a readable filename, like Stealth_UK.zip. 4) Send the zip file to fengtao(at)dvdidle.com, you need replace (at) with @. Best Regards, Fengtao
