Audio Sync Issue with Disney (xvid)

First off, great product and excellent updates/support.

I have been converting my DVD library over the past several weeks to Generic (xvid + source audio). I have successfully converted over 200 movies without a glitch except for a few Disney movies. The strange thing is that it isn't all Disney movies. The ones that I have had trouble with are:

Cars
Chicken Little
Eight Below
High School Musical Encore Edition
Meet the Robinsons
Ratatouille

I had no troubles with other Disney movies. Such as 101 Dalmations, 102 Dalmation, Finding Nemo, Monsters Inc., The Lion King (all 3), Lilo & Stitch (all 3), Toy Story (1 & 2), Brother Bear (1 & 2), Bambi (1 & 2), Aladdin (all 3), and quite a few more.

I use the same settings each time. My current version is 4.0.5.5. I use a 2 pass encode directly from the source disc. I have for arguements sake tried ripping the main movie to the hard disc and encoding. This was unsuccessful as well. There must be something in common with the discs that I stated above that are causing the issue. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
