| Audio problem: 5.1 to 2 conversion? Using 4.1.2.0 platinum. I am backing up my daughter's DVD's before her fingerprints ruin them. I'm making some h264/mp3 avi's as well using the generic profile to make some small versions for playback on the computer or our Cowon A3. Problem is, when the audio off the VOB is 5.1 surround, and we're mixing it down to stereo, the center channel seems to be ignored, so we end up with a LOT of effects, but very little dialog. It becomes very hard to hear any of the conversations for the effects and music. How can we control how the audio gets mixed down to stereo? - Chad |
