DVDReMake - retains all audio and doesn't Re-author?

Just wanted to confirm that when using DvdReMake it does not lose your 5:1 audio (down convert) and that it doesn't re-author your DVD so you do not lose quality in your disks.

Is that confirmed?

Absolutely. DvdReMake does not change audio/video quality.
