Can you skip processing of untouched VTS sets?

I have Pro and I'm wondering when you export, can you skip the processing of all the sets that were untouched, because I usually just blank out the trailers and other stuff that are in the other VTS sets. I very rarely edit the VTS Set that contains the actual movie. This would save me a lot of time because my computer is not very fast. If this can be done, could someone help me? Thanks.
