| Can I download Dvdremake a second time? Hi I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I paid for and downloaded dvdremake 3.3 in december, since then i have had a problem with my laptop which has required me to reinstall my system and as i wasn't able to backup first i have lost my download. Is it possible for me to download it again without having to pay again. I've tried logging on to my account but I only get an option to upgrade for $15. Can anyone help? |

If you reinstall your laptop, then the computer id may have been changed, so you should update it in your dimadsoft account. If you have problem with your account, then email dvdremake (at) dimadsoft . com with your registered username and email address, and state your problem. |
