Problem w/ Audio on 1Click

Hello There, i recently purchased 1Click DVD Copy-Pro and used it in conjunction with DVD43 encryption software to copy a couple of DVDs. The first DVD ran terrifically but the other ended up with NO AUDIO (on both the computer and the DVD player). i attempted to copy several times. i am using Fujifilm DVD/RW. i tried it with "DTS Audio" clicked and unclicked. i also reviewed the FAQ section of the 1Click DVD Copy-Pro website and had no luck. i read some of the other posts on this forum and decided to change my encryption to AnyDVD 5.5.5.1. i also removed DVD43. Tried to copy the DVD again but still NO AUDIO. What is the likelihood of the encryption software not being able to compete with the newly released film on DVD? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

What is the name of the movie and what options did you select in 1click. I have seen this before on some movies where th audio files seem to be linked to the extras and if they are not selected then the audio does not work!

4 Ham, You were absolutely correct! It works fine! Thank you for the help. Another question...... i have not purchased AnyDVD just yet. What would you recommend with 1Click DVD Copy Pro? AnyDVD or DVD43 or another? Your help was great!

If you can afford anydvd, GET IT!!! If money is an issue then save for it!!! Seriously if money is an issue you could try dvdfab decrypter which is free and works really well but adds a few steps to the overall copy process!
Good luck and glad to be of help to you!
