Help with error message

I need a little help deciphering an error meaasge.
I just got 1Click installed and running, but when I've tried to burn on my DVD +R DL unit. I made two coasters. The prog ripped the files ok as far as I can tell. I'm using version 4.2.9.2 along with Copy to DVD manager 3.1.1.183. I also have Anydvd installed and running, and I'm using Verbatim DVD +R DL dvd's. The first attempt was with 1Click, a straight DVD to DVD. The Second attempt was with the CopyToDVD Manager from the .IFO and .VOB files ripped to the hard drive. Does any one think the speed could have something to do with the error, I don't know. Both attempts generated the same error message but at different locations.

Here's the Log:

Re: Help with error message

Why would you use a DL DVD? A regular blank DVD would do the trick. Just uncheck the DL and DTS boxes. I can't help with your original problem, I'm still learning how to read the .log files.

Re: Help with error message

It doesn't look like your burner likes this media. You may try and lowere your write speed to 2X but I don't think it is going to make a difference. Have you looked for any firmware updates for your burner. DL media is still in it's infancy and not cheap enough to play around with yet.

Re: Help with error message

By chance is the media Dynex, the meida code is one that is found in that brand.

If so, I have had to burn at 1X speed to get a good backup and then it was iffy. I would suggest you try and DVD5 media made in Japan and burn at 4X and see if you get a good burn, bet you do.

Also, 1Click 4.2.9.2 does not need "copytodvd" is has its own burn engine as an embedded .dll.
