compression speed

I have 1click 5.0 and anydvd it seems to me that the compression speed is running far too long. Is there anything I can do to increase the speed? It used to take 20-30 minutes from start to finish and now is taking around an hour just to compress. Thanks for your help.

Check your DMA

A good HDDisc "Clean-UP" and Defrag never hurt

You could also post a session from your >>F8 log

Good to hear that you got it fixed

Sometimes if you are using poor quality media that can cause your DMA to be tripped back to PIO
