Any update on 1ClickPro and XP64?

I am still at an impasse attempting to use 1ClickPro with Windows XP64.

Here's the deal:

- DVD43 "WILL NOT" install and work in Windows x64, period.
- AnyDVD "WILL" install and does work properly in x64 (Kudo's, guys!)
- Nero (Recode 2) recognizes that AnyDVD decryption is running, copies DVD'S great.
- 1ClickPro installs OK, will not recognize that AnyDVD encryption is there, refuses to copy because of "Error 1, This DVD is Encrypted...".

I have gone as far as COMPLETE format of hard drive and reinstall of DVD43 into fresh x64 installation. IT WILL NOT RUN; I get message "This version is not compatible with 64 bits windows edition"

Further, I started with a COMPLETE format of hard drive and reinstall of AnyDVD and then 1ClickPro into fresh x64 installation. 1ClickPro WILL NOT recognize that the decrypter is running.

So, that leaves me with a useless upgrade to 1ClickPro unless it will recognize that the AnyDVD decrypter is running, but it won't.

Yes, I have tried ALL versions of DVD43 up to 3.9.0
Yes, I installed DVD43 after a new x64 clean install and BEFORE installing AnyDVD. I repeat, DVD43 will not, in its present form, work with xp64.

If you or anyone you know has made it work, PLEASE CLUE ME IN!!

Note:
Using AMD 3800+ x2 dual core, 2GB dual core memory.
Using AnyDVD 6.0.1.1
Using 1ClickPro 2.2.3.4 (will not recognize decrypter)
Using Nero Recode 2 Version 2.2.6.17 (does recognize decrypter)

Any hope that 1ClickPro can be made to work with the AnyDVD decrypter under XP64??

Thanks,

Slick76

Do you still have DVD43 installed ?

If so > remove it .
Search and Delete any remnants of DVD43
Reboot .

>> Reinstall 1ClickDVDCopyPRO ( yes , right over top )
reboot
>> Reinstall AnyDVD
Reboot

Re: Any update on 1ClickPro and XP64?

Did that...

Only thing I can find in REGEDIT is under SLYSOFT, a key called KEEPDVD43, it is set to 0. Deleted it, but it comes back when I renstall AnyDVD.

No directories for DVD43, even emptied recycle bin and deleted old entries in the prefetch dir.

Is this process KNOWN to work, or a "due-diligence" best effort?

Does anyone have this working that can VERIFY it that isn't hearsay??

Thanks.

The "SlySoft key 'KEEPDVD43' " is supposed to be there ,
It's part of the AnyDVD program .
Hence...... 'SlySoft' key

Is what 'Process" - known to work ?
Have what exactly - working ?

and I'm not sure what your meaning by "Due-Diligence"

AnyDVD + 1ClickDVDCopy / 1ClickDVDCopyPRO work beautifully for me .

That what exactly is "hearsay" ?

I'm trying to help you , weather you want help or not ,
it's up to you .

Did you contact LGSI support ?

Did you Post on the "Support Forum" ?
I'm fairly sure that someone there has your configuration ,
and be assured -- I'd say it's working .

Re: Any update on 1ClickPro and XP64?

Shannon,

"....I'm fairly sure..."

Therein lies the problem. Everyone says it "should" work, even their own support group, but so far just hearsay; hearsay being essentially rumor and gossip with no first hand knowledge.

As I stated, I have no problem with AnyDVD, works great. Forget the rest; I was pissed off and was being facetious.

Thanks.

I understand , It can be very frustrating ...... it's cool

I , myself , don't have Windows XP64 .
So , I myself - can't comment - other than "it should" .

This is why I said .....
Come over and Post at the LGSI forum ,
http://forum.lgsoftwareinnovations.com/index.php
or even try
http://www.ultimate-dvdr.com/search.php?searchid=4195

Someone there , at these forums , is more likely -
to have PRO and also Windows XP64 ,

For answers...... you need to go to where the 1Click'ers hang

I know a few members just completed new builds ( computers )
and I'm almost certain a few are running XP64

Someone there is more likely - to be able to help ,
or able to get you help .
