I sent an email with mr reg # and the info below to 'support@lgsoftwareinnovations.com' Sunday evening but no acknowledgement as of yet so I will try here.

Software doesn’t recognize that there is video & audio data on the dvd.

There is video & audio on the dvd’s and I was able to copy these dvd’s with another product (DVDFab?) which I demo’ed but didn’t buy.
I bought your product instead.

Below is the log and a screenshot of 1click is attached.

My operating system is actually Vista Enterprise not Vista Professional as reported in the log file.

What format are the files you want to backup? 1Click will only recognize .vob, .bup, ifo files. If this is not a disc or a file that is in DVD compliant formats it will not recognize it. Did you try the trial that LG Software offers, did it work? If you send them a support e-mail I am sure they will contact you, they have an excellent support team. These are the operating systems supported by 1Click Pro
System Requirements

• Windows Vista, XP, 2000, Me or 98SE
• 500 MHz Intel® Pentium III process or equivalent with 256MB of RAM
• Up to 9 GB available hard disc space for DVD images and temporary DVD files
• DVD reader (DVD writer required for burning DVDs)

I am not sure about the Enterprise Edition although I do not think it should make a difference.

In the E:\VIDEO_TS directory on the CD....

All of the files are BUP,IFO,or VOB files.

The computer has a Core2Duo 6600 2.4GHz Cpu and 190GB of free disk space. The DVD drive is a LG GSA-4040B writer.

As to support, I have not yet received an email.

Try Using CopytoDVD to make an exact Copy of this Disc
You don't even need 1ClickPRO to Back-Up this Disc

The problem might be that Clouddancer is using DVD43 which has been a problem for Vista users.
