1 Click Dvd Copy Pro

Hi

I have 1 click dvd copy pro and it usually works no problem at all. Today, I tried to copy the dvd 'State of Play' and a movie 'Ask the Dust' and this is the error message I receive when it's burning the discs.

the wrong volume is in the drive please insert volume P9196_SV into drive E:

Can anyone help me work out what's wrong here? I've tried using three different kinds of dvd-r's with no success.

Many thanks
Karen aka Copy newbie

Re: 1 Click Dvd Copy Pro

copynewbie,

Can you post your log (complete one session)?

In order to do so, hit F8 when 1Click is up and copy and paste that specific log into your next post.

Re: 1 Click Dvd Copy Pro

Do as 0301orih has said, post the log file. I can almost guarantee we will get you squared away if its the software that is the problem. Before you try anything see if you can find some Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden media and burn at 8X. See if that helps. You can also try downloading the 21 day free trial of AnyDVD, you can use it free for 21 day, if that works then we know its an encryption problem.

Shannon, my hats off to you, another happy customer, where would we be without that log file? Its probably the single most important piece of information that we use to help people.
